Our positional and submission systems are mapped in easy to follow flow-charts and procedural documents that are available to all enrolled students through Google Drive. Our grappling curriculum aims to produce grapplers that can actively and purposefully dictate how a fight proceeds from all standing and ground positions, both with and without striking. To help students stay motivated and working productively towards their next promotion, our grappling curriculum suggests techniques that would be expected of each belt level.
